Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The North West Company LP. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective staffing and scheduling plans to meet business needs and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
