Position Overview

The North West Company LP is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ingredient Estimation: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Staff Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Delivery Supervision: Oversee and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for staff.
