About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The North West Company LP. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, ensuring they meet the high standards of our company.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.

Delivery and Scheduling

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Work Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

  • Education
