We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The North West Company LP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring a high-performing team that meets our quality standards.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Delivery and SchedulingSupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
