About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Kidz in the Rockies Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, including delegating work to office support staff and establishing work priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and inventory control software.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
