Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Kidz in the Rockies Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
