Overview

As a pivotal member of the IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will embark on a career dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. Your expertise in IBM products will enable you to integrate the necessary technologies and services, assisting customers in overcoming their most significant challenges.

Working within the IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will enhance the speed of value realization while empowering clients to concentrate on their core business operations.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of a Delivery Consultant, you will collaborate closely with IBM clients and partners to design, implement, and refine IBM Technology solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Your technical acumen will be crucial in ensuring top-tier delivery, complemented by your consultative skills in problem-solving, communication, and service orientation. As part of a client-centric, innovative, and technical team, you will work with clients to develop and implement groundbreaking solutions that address real-world business challenges.

Key Activities Include:

  • Addressing Client Challenges: Identifying and resolving clients' primary challenges, guiding them through design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support phases with urgency.
  • Agile Execution: Crafting and executing agile plans, overseeing asset installation, testing, migration to production, and ongoing operations.
  • Technical Workshops: Leading and participating in workshops focused on technical solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing effective relationships across all organizational levels, from engineers to executives, navigating discussions to achieve constructive outcomes.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Exhibiting self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative while analyzing data and collaborating with individuals to find solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrating strong collaborative and communication skills while engaging with clients, partners, and the IBM team.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo solutions.
  • At least 5 years of consulting experience in a client-facing role.
  • Five years of experience leading business process workshops and presenting solutions.
  • Five years of experience with comprehensive solution implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
  • Five years of experience providing post-implementation support, including security administration and configuration troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Asset Management, including asset life-cycle, work management, procurement, contracts, and storerooms.
  • Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift and containerization technologies.
  • Experience in the Energy and Utilities sector.
