Lead Research Scientist in Storage Systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Deeply engage with AI application scenarios and their evolution, comprehend the foundational theories and developmental trends of AI within the storage domain, and maintain a balance between technological innovation and business viability. Identify key technological breakthroughs and drive advancements in core technologies through innovative approaches, positioning the organization at the forefront of industry development.
- Concentrate on the essential scenarios and demands of storage in the context of AI advancements, propose innovative technical solutions, and establish critical competitive advantages. Embrace exemplary achievements, foster system-level innovation, and ensure sustained leadership in competitiveness.
- Continuously investigate new innovation strategies and methodologies informed by forward-thinking technological breakthroughs. Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in storage system architecture, with the ability to independently design I/O pathways and oversee subsystems. Lead teams in achieving significant technological advancements and research outcomes.
- Fundamental understanding of enterprise storage application scenarios and their critical value propositions. Quickly identify market opportunities and technical demands in emerging applications.
- Familiarity with AI large model technologies, including research on model training and inference, and a comprehensive understanding of their development and application, with unique insights into how storage systems can evolve to support these applications.
- Extensive experience in software development, capable of leading teams in technological research and development, with familiarity in storage systems being advantageous.
