Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct our research group in investigating, developing, and ultimately implementing cutting-edge networking technologies and protocols to enhance Huawei's global AI infrastructure, cloud services, and data center networks, driving innovation and performance to elevate product competitiveness.
  • Identify new avenues for growth by understanding the company's strategic objectives and industry trends, while pinpointing business challenges and core issues, and integrating research and technology into a unified technical roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with experts in both academia and industry to ensure the delivery of Huawei's value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of professional experience in research or engineering and technical innovation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading research teams or technical innovation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), or data center networking technologies, including but not limited to RDMA, optimization of network protocol stacks, collective communication scheduling, traffic engineering, congestion control, topology design, and resource allocation.
  • Proficient in networking, data network architectures, software architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to influence networking technologies within both academic and industry contexts.
