Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dhillon Investments & Operations Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead Staff: Oversee and direct the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Manage Sales and Inventory: Prepare and analyze sales reports, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to optimize store performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail business environment
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
