Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
    • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting sales trends and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will also be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
