About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1466962 ONTARIO INC. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that stockroom is organized and clean.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, resolve any issues or complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, standing for extended periods
