About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1466962 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare Reports and Analytics: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, standing for extended periods
