- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage Cash and Inventory: Count and reconcile cash, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to company standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
