About the Role

CARS BY JATIN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the store's inventory, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock levels, and ensuring that all products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the store's operating budget and maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports and inventory levels.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
