Senior Manager, Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technology to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Technology Mergers & Acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of technology transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Technology M&A engagements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior client executives to understand their technology needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on technology due diligence, separation planning, synergy planning, and transition planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
- Substantial experience in technology consulting, with a focus on infrastructure management, design, and operations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior client executives and team members.
- Deep understanding of business operations, including financial literacy and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience with technology blueprinting and roadmapping, as well as familiarity with multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructure environments.
