Position: Senior Consultant in Forensic Technology and eDiscovery

Contract Type: 6 months with potential for extension or permanent placement

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Consultant with specialized knowledge in eDiscovery platforms to enhance our client's Forensic Technology division. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in digital forensics and cyber incident management.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage client projects by identifying, acquiring, processing, and analyzing digital data for eDiscovery purposes. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining Electronically Stored Information (ESI). Your collaboration with clients will be crucial in understanding their eDiscovery requirements, recommending effective solutions, and overseeing the collection and preservation of ESI while ensuring data integrity.

Key Duties Include:

  • Managing data processing methodologies and providing consulting services on Relativity.
  • Advising clients on legal holds and preparing information for litigation.
  • Implementing quality assurance protocols and staying abreast of advancements in eDiscovery technologies.
  • Conducting training sessions for clients and serving as the primary technical liaison between case managers and client teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the eDiscovery field.
  • In-depth understanding of eDiscovery workflows and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  • Expertise in eDiscovery tools such as Nuix, Relativity, and RelativityOne.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 eDiscovery, Encase, and FTK is advantageous.
  • Preferred certifications in Relativity and Nuix.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data characteristics, file signatures, email threading, and patterns.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for quickly learning new tools and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the legal framework surrounding eDiscovery and applicable legal standards.
  • Knowledge of forensic methodologies for data analysis and tracking.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
