Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.

- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality results.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success and growth.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Paid Time Off: Eligible for paid time off for volunteering or personal days.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
