About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at HANAMI RESTAURANTS VENTURES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Train staff in culinary techniques and ensure they meet quality control standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, prepare budgets, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to establish work schedules and supervise a team of 5-10 people.
