Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our elite sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales with new and existing clients, focusing on our industry-leading software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major real estate brands, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Actively research and develop new business opportunities, and master the skills of discovery, demonstrating value, and closing deals.
  • Manage sales activities, including calls, web meetings, and email communication to achieve successful engagement through relationship building and negotiation.
  • Participate in group and one-on-one coaching sessions to hone your sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in software sales or a relevant role in the real estate industry.
  • Superior computer skills, proficient with CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes.
  • Impeccable time management and priority setting skills.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
