We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $18.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. We also offer highly competitive incentive compensation programs, with eligibility based on plan guidelines.
