Job Title: Sales Lead/Key Holder

At Call it Spring Oshawa, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead/Key Holder to join our team. As a Sales Lead/Key Holder, you will be responsible for managing all activities necessary to the efficient operation of the store, providing prompt and courteous service to customers, and promoting the company's image of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of selling experience in a retail or service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Work Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift.
  • 12 hour shift.

Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred).
Experience:
  • Retail Management: 1 year (preferred).

Work Location: In person.
