About the Role
This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals with previous retail experience to take their first step into supervisory roles. You will be responsible for carrying out start and end of day cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rotational basis, and utilizing your flair for retail to drive sales growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this dynamic environment, you will need:
- A proven track record in retail, preferably within cosmetics
- The ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash handling and opening/closing the store (desirable)
- Supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others (desirable)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly range of $19.40 to $29.15, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time. Our commission/bonus plan provides opportunities for eligible employees to earn additional income based on performance.
