About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Noveen Engineering Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and guide other team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure seamless coordination with team members and external parties.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful completion and alignment with company objectives.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
