Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Lock Search Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industrial sector, including engineering firms, distributors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory, including exploring new markets and expanding existing relationships.
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, including providing training and technical support as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations to engineering firms and other stakeholders to enhance brand recognition and increase sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in an industrial setting, with a proven track record of success in business development and account management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering.
