Key Responsibilities:- Work with community members and organizations to develop and implement programs that promote community connections and self-empowerment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to provide support and resources to community members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members and organizations to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Grade 12 education.
- One year of previous related life skills/experience or experience working with family services or social services.
- Basic computer skills.
- Communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a group setting and knowledge of poverty issues.
- A competitive salary range of $21.380 to $22.890 (3 step range).
- A valid driver's license, where required.
