Job Title: Management Development Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Management Development Program. As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 5-phased program to learn every aspect of our business operations, from shipping and receiving to employee development and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand our products and services
  • Develop strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Manage a sales territory and provide world-class customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Relocate throughout the program and upon completion

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Valid driver's license
