Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars and conferences
  • Supervise and train staff members
  • Establish and maintain office procedures
  • Manage recruitment strategies and processes
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages
  • Analyze employee data and oversee reporting
  • Develop communication strategies
  • Administer payroll processes
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties
