About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at FREELANDT CALDWELL REILLY LLP. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and ensure that they are followed consistently.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize computer software, including QuickBooks, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
