About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Management Supervisor to join our team at 13975134 Canada Inc. as a key member of our facilities management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective allocation of resources and personnel.
  • Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, aligning with company goals and vision.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Area of Specialization: Operations management, with a focus on facilities management and cleaning services.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
