Position Overview

Empire Ventures Food Corp is seeking a dedicated Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee our food service operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare budget plans and cost estimates
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain comprehensive records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Oversee the assembly of meal trays
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and manage work schedules
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 11-15 staff members.
