Culinary Operations Supervisor

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Recruit food service personnel
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare financial plans and cost projections
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compile and submit operational reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team
  • Supervise and verify the assembly of meal trays
  • Oversee and confirm the delivery of food service carts
  • Establish and manage work schedules
