- Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Recruit food service personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare financial plans and cost projections
- Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile and submit operational reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team
- Supervise and verify the assembly of meal trays
- Oversee and confirm the delivery of food service carts
- Establish and manage work schedules
- Manage a team of 3-4 individuals
