Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The Northgate Trading Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and other technology-related tools.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and technology-related tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CEGEP degree preferred.

The Northgate Trading Inc. is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work in a team-oriented environment and be responsible for providing technical support to users across the organization.

Hours of Work:
