Position: Technical Support Specialist

Division: Customer Assistance, Applanix AMS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical assistance and guidance to clients, sales teams, and product developers
  • Address client queries and aid in the resolution of intricate issues
  • Engage in technical training sessions for personnel and customers
  • Offer on-site product support, including operational assistance, system installations, and client education
  • Contribute to product technical evaluations and suggest improvements
  • Draft documentation for modifications and troubleshooting protocols
  • Maintain an accurate customer support database

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Familiarity and experience in Mobile Mapping, Photogrammetry, and Remote Sensing technologies
  • Capability to articulate complex technical information in a clear manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
