Technical Support Specialist

Position: Technical Support Specialist
Division: Customer Assistance, Applanix AMS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical assistance and guidance to clients, sales teams, and product developers
- Address client queries and aid in the resolution of intricate issues
- Engage in technical training sessions for personnel and customers
- Offer on-site product support, including operational assistance, system installations, and client education
- Contribute to product technical evaluations and suggest improvements
- Draft documentation for modifications and troubleshooting protocols
- Maintain an accurate customer support database
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Familiarity and experience in Mobile Mapping, Photogrammetry, and Remote Sensing technologies
- Capability to articulate complex technical information in a clear manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
