Technical Support Specialist
Become a vital part of our organization as a Technical Support Specialist, where your primary role will be to deliver outstanding technical assistance to users across various locations. This full-time temporary role demands strong troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with diverse technologies, and a dedication to providing quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and effective assistance to users, resolving IT-related challenges
- Diagnose and rectify technical issues through phone calls, support tickets, and email communications
- Record all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system to foster ongoing improvement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to devise effective resolutions for escalated concerns
- Conduct account management duties and uphold adherence to security protocols
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic Service Desk environment
- Proficiency with Windows 10, Office 365, Citrix, Active Directory, and mobile technology
- Intermediate familiarity with ticketing systems
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
