Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
- Physical Capabilities: The ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure is essential for this role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role.
