In this essential role, you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of our go-to-market strategy aimed at acquiring new clientele. Your proficiency in crafting engaging narratives and aligning with varied customer personas will be crucial in driving pipeline expansion and effectively positioning our solutions within the competitive arena.

In essence, your role will involve understanding the buyer's needs and positioning our offerings more effectively than competitors, showcasing our clients and their achievements to narrate a compelling value proposition, and paving the way to success with the appropriate tools, resources, and enablement for the sales team.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

Researching, developing, and promoting clear and concise value propositions and solution-based narratives that distinguish and stimulate demand for our commerce solutions across all buyer lifecycle stages and personas. Creating a diverse array of market-facing assets, high-impact marketing materials, and engaging content, including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, videos, and thought leadership articles, that reinforce our core solution messages, product offerings, and capabilities. Collaborating closely with the demand generation team to support market-aligned initiatives that effectively drive pipeline growth with tailored messaging for diverse audiences. Partnering with the Product Management team to lead go-to-market activities for new product launches and feature releases - owning positioning, messaging, and related market-facing materials. Working with customer marketing, customer success, and directly with clients to produce compelling case studies, presentations, speaking engagements, and other advocacy materials. Equipping the sales and business development teams with tools, resources, and enablement to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and position against competition.

What will qualify you for this role:

Over 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in Product Marketing. Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product management, encompassing product launches, content creation, and sales partnerships. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging marketing content for diverse audiences, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
