Lead Product Designer for Commerce

Shape the Future of E-commerce with Coveo
As a design leader within our dynamic Commerce unit, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional product initiatives. Your mission is to ensure that every design decision is deeply user-centered, innovative, and perfectly aligned with our business objectives. You'll lead a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement while actively contributing to ongoing UX projects.
Your Impact:
- Lead a product design team that collaborates closely with product managers and engineers. Your team will possess a deep understanding of the problem space, enabling them to make well-informed design decisions.
- Champion user-centered design principles, embedding them in every phase of the product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery. Your guidance will drive the creation of cohesive, simple, and mature user experiences.
- Lead user research initiatives, collaborate on creating discussion guides, early concepts, and prototypes, and encourage a fast iteration process based on user feedback. You'll also actively participate in facilitating discovery workshops and other design sessions.
- Collaborate with our product leaders to drive the product roadmap, ensuring that design efforts are seamlessly aligned with business goals. Proactively identify key opportunities for innovation, helping to set the strategic direction for the team and create a cutting-edge user experience.
