Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled administrative professionals to join our team as part of the Administrative Talent Pool. As a member of this pool, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of administrative roles within the Government of Alberta, supporting a wide range of operations and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various programs and operations, including program support, office and administrative support, financial support, call centre support, and legal support.
  • Manage records, maintain scheduling calendars, and order office supplies.
  • Draft and format office correspondence, including emails.
  • Support finance teams to ensure completion of financial documents.
  • Provide information and handle public inquiries regarding government announcements and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Administrative Support 3 - High School diploma plus a minimum of one year of related administrative experience.
  • Administrative Support 4 - High School diploma plus a minimum of two years of related administrative experience.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
