Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at TechWyse Internet Marketing. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial records, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide administrative support to the financial team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field
