We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at TechWyse Internet Marketing. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial records, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
- Provide administrative support to the financial team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel
