Position Overview

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities within our food service environment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and high-quality food to our valued customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet operational schedules.

  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and budget estimates.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Compile and submit operational reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 1 to 10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
