About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bawarchi Biryanis. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development
    • Plan and develop menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness.
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to develop the skills and knowledge of your team.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
    • Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
    • Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in menu planning, chef management, and food preparation.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
