We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 11513010 Canada inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Staff ManagementSupervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have everything we need to operate at peak efficiency.
Quality ControlInspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive excellent service and that their dietary needs and preferences are met.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
