- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Overtime Required: Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the kitchen.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service.
- Mentorship Programs: Participate in mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees to facilitate a smooth transition.
