Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in their development.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations effectively.
Supervision

The role involves supervising general cooks and kitchen helpers.
