Retail Operations Supervisor

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the store, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Assign duties to sales personnel and supervise their activities to maintain high performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire new employees and facilitate their training to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Merchandise Returns: Authorize the return of products as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges that arise, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Work Scheduling: Plan and prepare employee work schedules to optimize store operations.
- Supply Ordering: Order necessary supplies and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a retail environment.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week.
