- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Work Scheduling: Plan and create work schedules to optimize staff efficiency.
- Supply Ordering: Manage the ordering of supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: This role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
