About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Millennium 1 Solutions. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' suite of products and services, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers across the country to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer retention, sales, and services, promoting and recommending our latest products and services.
  • Manage call flows, provide first call resolution, and satisfy customer expectations.
  • Strive to understand the customer's situation and recognize their needs while providing solutions.
  • Create a need by educating customers on products and services and execute business strategy that meets or exceeds financial objectives.
  • Meet key performance indicators and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expand sales opportunities.
  • Take accountability and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism and document customer interactions within the appropriate systems.
  • Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions, and maintain a high level of competition and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and perform other job tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer care, retention, inbound sales, or outbound sales is an asset.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • An ability to build rapport with customers and navigate multiple computer systems.
  • An ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain a secure area to store company and customer-related information.
  • Power outlets for both a PC and monitor, high-speed internet, and a physical space to store equipment.
