We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Agent to join our team at REAL - Yoo Realty Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our Buyer and Listing Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Gather accurate background information from potential buyers and sellers to set great appointments for our team agents.
- Database Management: Update and maintain our team database with any updates regarding buyers and sellers.
- Inbound Sales Calls: Take inbound sales calls from prospective clients, qualify them, and set the appointment.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Must possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Real Estate Background: Some real estate background is preferred, but not required.
- Organizational Skills: Great organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks.
