Inside Sales Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Glass Doctor. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will play a vital role in supporting their needs and providing expert advice on glass-related services.
Your primary responsibilities will include receiving incoming calls, assisting customers in identifying additional work, completing work orders, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals, as well as performing other duties as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong passion for customer service, a high level of self-confidence, and a driven determination to get the job done. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in identifying additional work and earning business.
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals.
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
